Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was incredibly enjoyable, set in a lovely area with stunning views of the Moray Firth. The refurbished rooms were both spacious and well-decorated, making for a comfortable environment. The dining experiences surpassed my expectations with delicious food, although some dishes felt a bit overly elaborate. The spa facilities were a highlight, helping me to unwind fully during my visit. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway with a few minor concerns regarding noise levels.
The hotel has a beautiful Victorian charm and excellent spa facilities, making it a great choice for relaxation. Most staff members were friendly and attentive, though some meals were disappointing. The location offers fantastic views over the Moray Firth, but the twice-cold breakfast was a letdown. Overall, the value for money is reasonable, but some improvements in service and dining options are needed.
I had high hopes for a relaxing spa getaway, but the experience fell short on several fronts. While the facilities like the pool and spa area were nice, the dining and service left much to be desired. Our room had a lovely view, but it was dated and in need of a refresh. The location is decent, but the overall value didn't match the price we paid.
I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The beautiful views certainly add charm, but the pricing for the services was quite steep, especially for something like afternoon tea. I was disappointed with the lack of assistance when I needed it, particularly given my circumstances. Overall, while there are great aspects, it's not without its shortcomings.
